1. IT Project Manager Assistant

Position Summary

Assist to implement IT project successfully by efficient analyzing customer needs, follow up and control the project regularly to make sure that everything runs well, and provide relevant update report to Manager and Sponsor.

Job Responsibilities

Assist to implement the project, tracking and control status to ensure project delivered on time

Get deep knowledge which is required in the project

Build and maintain a good relationship with user and vendor

Maintain project documentation

Qualifications

Skills and Abilities

Good knowledge about Project Management

Good Time Management and Communication skills

Able to work well in a team environment and independently

Willing to take challenges and work under pressure

Good skills in MS Office software

Fluent both in Mandarin and English

Working Experience

Have project implementation experience in financial industry (specification writing, planning management, UAT) for 3 years

Have good knowledge on financial business and system, preferable from credit card / personal loan business

Have experience in system analysis, development (Optional)

Education

Bachelor degree or above

2. Infrastructure administrator

Position Summary

The Infrastructure administrator position oversees the installation, configuration and maintenance of networked information systems within the company premises and data center(s).

Job Responsibilities

Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks.

Install, configure & maintain network services, equipment and devices.

Supports administration of servers and server clusters.

Client PCs’ hardware and software maintenance.

Manages all system back-up and restore protocol.

Manages IT equipments in IDC.

Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning.

Manages user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam.

Manages VPN and firewall system.

Oversee software and network security.

Qualifications

Skills and Abilities

- Certifications: MCSE, CCNA

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.

- Systems: Windows, Cisco Systems, UNIX, Linux, Novell

- Networking: Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, ATM, PPP, MPLS

Working Experience

Minimum 2 year working experience as IT administrator or related jobs

Education

Bachelor degree or above
